摘要 经济全球化是中国区域与城市发展的主要推动力,既给城市提供了千载难逢的发展机遇,也给城市发展带来了竞争加剧,经济波动与不确定性等影响。与全球化时代相伴随的快速社会经济形势演变解构了中国传统城市发展的基本框架,由此,城市规划面临现实的严峻挑战,需要适时变革加以回应,才能以基于竞争压力的积极行动能力、弹性的空间安排与快速的治理应变来应对快速的经济全球化的冲击与地方发展的诉求。 Economic globalization gives important impetus to China's regional and urban development as well as offers rare opportunity. However, it also brings some negative effects, such as fierce competition, unstable economy, uncertainty, and so on. The evolvement of social and economic environment accompanied the globalization has deconstructed the basic framework of Chinese traditional urban development. The urban planning in China faces actual drastic challenge, as only when change of urban planning keeps up with the development of our times, can it copes with the shock of economic globalization and demand of local development with active performance, flexible spatial arrangement and rapid governance based on competitive pressures.
