血管内皮抑素联合放射的机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 新生血管形成是肿瘤生长和播散的必要条件^[1],肿瘤血管也自然成为抗肿瘤治疗的天然靶区^[2-4]。在众多的抗血管生成药物中^[5],血管内皮抑素以其较为突出的抗肿瘤作用,尤其令人瞩目^[6]。但血管内皮抑素(endostatin,ES)联合放射的研究相对较少,其确切机制亦不清楚,故作一综述。
