摘要
新生血管形成是肿瘤生长和播散的必要条件^[1]，肿瘤血管也自然成为抗肿瘤治疗的天然靶区^[2-4]。在众多的抗血管生成药物中^[5]，血管内皮抑素以其较为突出的抗肿瘤作用，尤其令人瞩目^[6]。但血管内皮抑素（endostatin，ES）联合放射的研究相对较少，其确切机制亦不清楚，故作一综述。
