原发性自发性气胸与FCLN基因相关性的研究进展

摘要
原发性自发性气胸（primary spontaneous pneumothorax,PSP）是胸外科急症之一，往往会引起继发性肺萎缩和低氧血症，重则发生严重的呼吸困难而危及生命^[1]。目前认为，该病大多由胸膜下肺大泡破裂所致，但对肺大泡发生的原因和机制尚不明确，也没有一种可靠的指标来预测肺大泡的发展，因此在肺大泡的早期诊断、预防和预后判断方面措施不多或无从下手，
