非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术围麻醉期急性肺水肿1例
摘要
病人女，65岁。体重77．5kg，身高160cm。因冠心病拟行非体外冠状动脉旁路移植术（OPCABG）。查体：血压140／80mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa）。听诊双肺呼吸音清，心率60次／min，律齐，各瓣膜区未闻及病理性杂音。心电图示窦性心律，ST-T改变。X线胸片示双肺间质血管影增粗增多一轻度肺淤血，主动脉硬化，心胸比率0．56。
