颅内出血后并脑静脉窦血栓形成的临床分析:附2例报告及文献复习

Intracranial hemorrhage complicating by cerebral venous sinus thrombosis:a report of 2 cases and literature review

报告2例临床及影像学诊断的颅内出血后并脑静脉窦血栓形成,通过对其病情发展变化及临床治疗过程的分析,表明强力脱水治疗及补液不及时是本病重要诱发因素,头痛、呕吐、视乳头水肿和腰穿脑脊液压力增高是其主要临床表现,也常可伴发肢体功能障碍、复视、精神异常、意识改变、抽搐、发热等症状;影像学检查可减少脑静脉窦血栓形成的漏诊;内科对因及抗凝治疗仍是首选方法。

This paper reported 2 cases of intracranial hemorrhage complicating by cerebral venous sinus thrombosis confirmed by clinical and imaging features.Excessive dehydration and untimely therapy were important inducing factors of the disease.The predominant clinical manifestations included headache,vomiting,papilledema and increased cerebrospinal fluid pressure.Limb dysfunction,diplopia,psychosis,the changes of consciousness,convulsions and fever were also common.Imaging examination can reduce missed diagnosis of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis.The etiological treatment and anticoagulant treatment were preferred methods.
