视神经脊髓炎诊断进展
摘要
视神经脊髓炎(NMO)是一种常见于亚洲人群,以反复发作,主要累及中枢神经系统(视神经和脊髓)的水通道蛋白(AQP-4)自身免疫病。血清AQP-4抗体既是特异性诊断标志物,也与NMO发病,严重程度有关。针对NMO-IgG自身抗体检测技术进展迅速。
