神经干细胞示踪技术的研究进展

摘要 神经干细胞(Neural stem cell,NSC)移植后,如何监测其在宿主体内的存活、迁移以及与宿主组织的整合情况一直是NSC移植中的一项关键技术难题。传统的方法是采用荧光染料标记并行免疫组化切片分析鉴定,不能动态观测移植NSC的生化、分化情况。近年来,超顺氧化铁、放射性核素、荧光蛋白等开始用于NSC移植示踪,实现了移植后的NSC在活体内无创性地动态监测。
