摘要
近年来,随着肝衰竭的重新命名、定义和分类,已将其扩展到肝坏死和失代偿两大病理生理过程。笔者对肝衰竭合并症的研究热点,包括严重脓毒症、自发性细菌性腹膜炎、肝性脑病和脑水肿、肝肾综合征和急性肾损伤、低钠血症、上消化道出血等研究进展进行综述。
Recently, as the nomenclature, definition and classification of liver failure have been changed, it has expanded to involve two aspects of the pathophysiological course, hepatic necrosis and decompensation. This paper focuses on the research progress of complications in liver failure, including severe sepsis, spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, hepatic eneephalopathy and brain edema, hepatorenal syndrome and acute kidney injury, hyponatremia, and upper gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.
