汉族青年口唇形态及相关指标测量的研究 被引量:5

Anthropometric measurement on lip shape of the young and its relative index

摘要 目的 测量正常年轻成年人唇部软组织解剖结构的正常值,为唇腭裂术后继发鼻唇畸形患者的整体治疗及治疗后效果的评估提供可参照的正常值范围.方法 选择测量对象104例,根据性别分组,每组52例,观察口唇部形态及应用颌面部软组织直接测量法进行结构的测量.将测量的28个指标数据输入SPSS 13.0统计包处理,分别计算男女各指标的平均值和标准差,并进行组间差异及各指标间的比较分析.结果 口宽:男性组(51.175±3.979)mm,女性组(47.191±2.900)mm;人中宽:男性组(9.203±1.319)mm,女性组(8.591±1.348)mm;唇弓高点间宽:男性组(12.069±1.323)mm,女性组(10.957±1.466)mm;唇峰高:男性组(2.313±0.679)mm,女性组(2.050±0.501)mm.结论 建立口唇形态及测量相关指标的正常参考值,为临床治疗提供参考. Objective To measure the range of normal values of anatomic structure of lip soft tissue from the Han young for the treatment of secondary lip-nasal deformities caused by cheilopalatognathus operation and the evaluation of its curative effect. Methods A hundred and four people were selected and divided into 2 groups by gender. The lip apprance was observed and the structural measurement was performed by the direct measurement of maxillofacial soft tissue. About 28 measured indexes were calculated and analyzed by SPSS 13.0. Average value and standard error of the male and female indexes were calculated and the comparisons between the indexes were analyzed relatively. Results The measured results of the oral lip were following: the mouth width in male and female groups were (51. 175 ± 3. 979) mm and (47. 191 ± 2. 900) mm, the philtrum width were (9. 203 ± 1. 319) mm and (8. 591 ± 1. 348) ram, the phihrum width were ( 12. 069 ± 1. 323 ) mm and ( 10. 957 ± 1. 466) mm, and the labial apex height were (2. 313 ±0.679) mm and (2. 050 ±0.501 ) ram, respectively. Conclusion The establishment of the normal values of lip apprance and measured indexes can supply the referrenc for linic treatment.
