Effect of different photograph parameters on digital pictures of plastic surgery

摘要 目的 探讨不同照相参数对照片拍摄误差的影响.方法 选择4个规格标准的魔方,分前后、左右不同角度摆置作为被摄物体,选择尼康D300机身,在不同镜头、焦距、光圈、物距和图像位置条件下对魔方进行实际拍摄,测量3个定格贴在不同照相参数下的同一边像素长度和同一内角角度,对比评价不同照相参数对照片拍摄误差的影响.结果 在镜头的透视变形方面,物距不同的1号和2号定格贴之间差异有显著的统计学意义,离焦轴距离不同的1号定格贴和3号定格贴之间差异无统计学意义;在镜头畸变方面,1号定格贴和3号定格贴之间差异有显著的统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 选择合适的参数,有助于减少镜头的透视变形和镜头畸变,提高整形外科摄片的准确性. Objective To explore the effect of different photograph parameters on the photograph error. Methods Nikon D300 was selected to take pictures from a specification standard magic cubes under different objective lens, focal length, apertures, object distance and objective positions. The same pixel length and angle were compared and measured on the three marked images. Results In this aspect of the perspective deform of the lens, the object distances of NO. 1 and NO. 2 marks had significant differences under the same photograph. The focal axis different distance had no significant differences between NO. 1 and NO. 3 marks. In this aspect lens deform, NO. 1 and NO. 3 marks had significant differences ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The appropriate parameters could reduce the perspective distortion and linear distortion and improve the accurately of photograph in plastic surgery.
