摘要
目的探讨经皮穿刺股动脉导管药盒系统治疗骨折延迟愈合的临床疗效。方法对18例骨折延迟愈合患者行经皮穿刺股动脉药盒系统埋植术,并经动脉导管系统行药物灌注治疗。定期行X线检查进行复查,了解骨折愈合情况。结果经皮穿刺股动脉动脉导管系统行药物灌注治疗后,18例患者中16例最终愈合,愈合时间为7~38周;2例未愈合,但临床症状改善,局部压痛、叩击痛明显减轻。结论经皮穿刺股动脉动脉导管系统灌注药物治疗骨折延迟愈合疗效满意,且为微创性,是治疗骨折延迟愈合的有效的新方法。
Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of percutaneous intra-arterial femoral port-catheter system (PCS) in the interventional treatment of delayed union of fractures. Methods Eighteen patients with delayed union of fractures were treated using medication via PCS. The clinical efficacy was evaluated through X-ray examination. Results Among 18 patients of delayed union of fractures, 16 recovered completely after treatment, and the union time was 7 to 38 weeks. Fractures in other 2 patients were still unhealed, but the clinical symptoms were improved, and local tenderness and percussion pain were relieved. Conclusion Percutaneous intra-arterial femoral PCS implantation is an effective and micro-invasive method for interventional treatment of delayed union of fractures.
