摘要
目的:研究低机械指数超声造影对微小血管活动性出血方式的诊断价值。材料和方法:建立体外模型,通过可调式输液泵控制人工血管内液体流量及流动方式,模拟不同内径、不同流量及流动方式微小血管活动性出血,按照人体使用比例在体外模型中加入超声造影剂,进行超声造影检查。结果:活动性出血的超声造影特征取决于损伤血管的内径及出血速度,高速、搏动性出血表现为喷射状,低速出血呈气泡样、斑状或云雾状。结论:超声造影可以有效显示活动性出血,通过出血灶的形态可反映出血的方式。
Objective The purpose was to study the value of low-mechanical index of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS) in diagnosing active bleeding.Materials and methods fluid flow and flow pattern in the artificial blood vessels were controlled by adjustable infusion pump using created extracorporeal model.Different diameters,blood flow and flow patterns were imitated.According to the Used contrast medium ratio of human body,appropriate amount of ultrasound contrast agents were injected into the extracorporeal model for CEUS examination.Results The feature of active bleeding in CEUS was significantly different,which depended on the diameter of injured vessels and speed of bleeding.The pattern of bleeding with high speed and pulsation was jet-like while the pattern of bleeding with low speed was bubble-like,spot or cloudy-like in CEUS.Conclusion CEUS can display active bleeding,and the sharp of bloodstream reflects the pattern of active bleeding.
