400mgI/ml含碘对比剂在双源CT冠状动脉成像中的初步应用研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:评价碘浓度为400mgI/ml的含碘对比剂采用较低的给药速度和剂量,用于双源CT冠状动脉成像的血管增强程度及分支显示情况,对其是否能达到常规造影剂使用的同等效果进行探讨。材料和方法:40例临床怀疑冠心病的患者随机分为两组,分别采用400mgI/ml碘美普尔45ml,给药速度4ml/s(组1)或370mgI/ml碘普罗胺65ml,给药速度5ml/s(组2)的给药方案。所有患者采用双源CT进行扫描,比较两组冠状动脉的4个主要分支、升主动脉、降主动脉及肺动脉的增强值及其冠状动脉分支的显示率。结果:两组4个冠状动脉主要分支、升主动脉、降主动脉主要分支各段显示率未见明显差异(P>0.05),部分小分支显示率组2高于组1(P>0.05)。结论:碘浓度400mgI/ml含碘对比剂用于双源CT冠状动脉成像,采用较低的给药速度与剂量,能够达到常规造影剂使用的同等效果。 Purpose To evaluate intracoronary attenuation and visibility of coronary arteries on dual-sauce computed tomography(DSCT) coronary angiography using contrast medium with concentration of 400mgI/ml,in lower injection rate and contrast medium volume;and to discuss whether this injection protocol could provide relevant enhancement in compare with conventional contrast medium.Material and Methods Forty patients with suspected coronary artery disease were randomized to 2 groups,received 45ml iomeprol 400 mgI/ml,with injection speed of 4ml/s(group 1),or 65ml iopromide 370mgII/ml,with injection speed of 5ml/s(group 2).All patients were given CT coronary angiography with DSCT.The attenuation of 4 main branches of coronary arteries,ascending aorta,descending aorta and pulmonary artery was measured.Mean attenuation and visibility of coronary arteries were compared between the 2 groups.Results No significant differences were found in the mean attenuation of 4 main branches of coronary arteries,the ascending aorta or descending aorta between 2 groups.The mean attenuation of the pulmonary artery of group 1 was greater(P0.05) than that of group 2.The visibility of the main branches of cronary arteries was similar in 2 groups(P0.05),while the visibility of some small branches was higher in group2(P0.05).Conclusion DSCT coronary angiography using contrast with 400mgI/ml concentration of iodine,in injection rate and contrast medium volume,is able to obtain relevant enhancement in compare with conventional contrast medium.
