吸烟性骨质疏松症发病机制研究进展

Research progress on pathogenesis of smoking-induced osteoporosis

随着世界烟草销量的的不断增长,吸烟引起的骨质疏松症对人民的健康和生活质量的危害也越来越突出,但是吸烟性骨质疏松症却一直没有受到人们的足够重视。目前认为烟草中的有害物质主要通过对骨细胞的毒性作用、干扰钙离子的平衡和性激素的调节及引起人体内一系列细胞因子的改变等途径抑制成骨、促进骨吸收,最终形成骨质疏松。笔者就吸烟致骨质疏松症形成的发病机制做一综述。

As the world＇s consumption of tobacco is increasing continuously, smoking-induced osteoporosis present a major challenge to public health and life quality, but has not yet received adequate attention of people. Harmful substances in tobacco primarily inhabit bone formation and promote bone resorption through the following ways： toxicity of bone cells, interference with the balance of calcium and the regulation of sex hormones, changes of series cytokines and so on. In this paper, we reviews the pathogenesis of smokinginduced osteoporosis.
