超声心动图检测胎儿动脉导管异常血流及其临床意义 被引量：8

摘要 动脉导管是构成胎儿循环的重要通道，动脉导管的异常血流可以敏感地反映胎儿血流动力学的改变。本研究总结分析了1025例胎儿超声心动图结果，旨在探讨胎儿动脉导管内异常血流信号的超声心动图特征及其临床意义。
