摘要
目的探讨昂丹司琼联合地塞米松治疗腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)后恶心、呕吐的效果。方法回顾性分析433例LC术后36例重度恶心、呕吐病历资料,观察经昂丹司琼联合地塞米松治疗后的情况。结果 1例术后2周恶心、呕吐未能控制,死于酸碱失衡及水、电解质紊乱,其余均痊愈。结论昂丹司琼联合地塞米松可有效的治疗腹腔镜胆囊切除术后重度恶心、呕吐。
Objective To explore the effect of andansetron combined with dexamethasion in treating nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods The clinical datas of 36 patients that severe nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy were treated with andansetron and dexamethasion,and observe their efficacy.Results One case died of disturbance of acid-base and water and electrolyte.The other were all cured.Conclusion Andansetron combined with dexamethasion therapy for severe nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy is effective.
