某高尔夫球厂研磨车间员工健康损害调查 被引量:9

Investigation on the factors of health damage in staff of a golf grinding workshop

摘要 目的了解高尔夫球厂研磨车间的职业病危害因素及其对作业工人身体健康的影响。方法对某高尔夫球厂研磨车间进行职业卫生学调查和生产工人职业健康检查,包括纯音测听、高千伏胸片、冷水复温试验、肌电图。结果①该车间存在振动、噪声、粉尘3种职业病危害因素;②该工种的49名作业工人中,冷水复温试验异常41人,其中有3人诊断为职业性中度手臂振动病,22人被诊断为职业性轻度手臂振动病,14人被诊断为观察对象;③纯音测听:语频听阈提高10人;④高千伏胸片:双肺见散在小阴影2人。结论该厂存在粉尘、噪声、振动3种职业病危害因素,尤以振动最为严重,作业工人可患职业性手臂振动病、职业性噪声聋、尘肺。应引起高度重视,加强监督管理。 Objective To understand occupational risk factors of golf grinding and their influence on the health of workers.Methods Occupational hygienic investigation and occupational health checkup was applied to the workers in the golf grinding workshop.The examinations included pure tone audiometry,high kV chest radiograph,cold-water restored temperature test,and electromyography.Results ① Three kinds of occupational risk factors including vibration,noise and dust existed in the workshop.② Abnormal results in 41 cases out of 49 workers were observed by the cold-water restored temperature test,with 3 workers being diagnosed as moderate occupational arm vibration disease,22 workers as mild occupational arm vibration disease and 14 as the observation subjects.③10 workers had enhanced speech-frequency in pure tone audiometry.④ 2 workers had interspersed small shadows in both lungs in high kV chest radiograph.Conclusion Three kinds of occupational risk factors including of dust,noise and vibration are existed in grindery of golf factory,with vibration being the especially serious one.Workers may suffer from occupational arm vibration disease,noise-induced hearing loss and pneumoconiosis.High attention should be given and supervision should be strengthened.
