摘要
采用断口分析、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、硬度检验和金相检验等方法分析了矫直辊断裂的原因。结果表明:断裂发生在非工艺要求的堆焊与未堆焊的交界部位,存在较大的焊接热应力和组织应力(主要是拉应力),最终导致矫直辊早期失稳断裂失效。
By means of fracture analysis,chemical composition analysis,mechanical properties testing, hardness inspection and metallographic examination,the fracture reason of straightening rolls was analyzed.The results indicated that the fracture was on the inter section of build-up welding and non-build-up welding with nontechnological requirements.Large welding thermal stress and structural stress(tensile stress) existed,which caused the fracture of straightening rolls.
