摘要
综合考虑目前采用的两种轧机液压压下系统的优缺点,提出了一种新型液压压下系统。该液压压下系统结构简单、控制方便,成本低,具有良好的静态和动态性能,同时实现了既满足轧机压下速度要求,又达到快速换辊的目的。
A new scheme for the hydraulic pressing system has been proposed based on a comprehensive consideration of the advantages and disadvantages of the current two types of hydraulic pressing systems. This new system is simple in structure, convenient to control, needs a low cost, and has a good static and dynamic per- formance, satisfying the requirements of the rolling mill for pressing speed and achieving the goal of rapid change of rolls.
