This paper introduces the cutting mechanism and principle of the twin rolling cut trimmer, and analyzes and studies the cutting angle and plate-cutting time with analytical method, putting forward the solution method and mathematical model, obtaining the change curves of the cutting angle and the start and end moments of cutting for different plates by computer calculation, which provides basis for further analysis of the cutting process and accurate calculation of the cutting force and the equivalent motor power.
