摘要
提出了用电路原理来模拟无刷电机的发热机理以及传热过程,建立电机发热计算模型,并构造了以DSP为控制芯片的电机控制系统,根据电机的热容量常数和实时电枢电流、转子速度来预测电机的发热趋势,通过控制电机电流有效防止电机过热,实现电机的过热保护。
The thermal calculation model of the brushless servo motor has been established to simulate the heating mechanism and the heat transfer process of the motor by using circuit principle, and the motor control system using DSP as the control chip has also been constructed. The motor heating trend can be predicted by calculation model based on thermal capacity constants, real time armature current and rotor speed, effectively preventing motor overheating by control of the motor current and realizing the overheat protection of the motor.
