摘要
介绍了莱钢炼钢厂2#RH真空精炼设备的主要工艺参数和设备组成,对其采用L型布置的厂房、快速上料的储料系统、旋转支撑结构的顶枪和预热枪等创新设计进行了分析。设备投产后运行状况良好,证明其设计合理、技术可靠。
This paper introduces the main technological parameters and the equipment composition of the No. 2 RH vacuum refining furnace at Laiwu Steel Plant, and analyzes the innovative designs of the L-shaped workshop, the rapidly-feeding storage system, and the top lance and preheating lance of the rotary supporting structure. It shows that the equipment runs well after being put into operation, proving that the design is reasonable and the technology is reliable.
