摘要
分析了双臂曲柄摇杆式翻板机的机构组成和工作原理,采用约束坐标轮换法,建立目标函数,对翻板机构和接板机构的传动角、杆件尺寸、夹角等主要参数进行了优化,优化后的翻板、接板过程更加顺畅。
The composition and working principle of the bell-crank rocker type plate turnover machine have been analyzed, the objective function has been established using Constrained Coordinate Supersede Technic, and the main parameters such as the transmission angles, bar dimensions including angles of the plate turnover mechanism and receiving mechanism have been optimized. The plant testing results showed that the turnover and receiving parts run more smooth and easy after optimized.
