摘要
本文借助于流体动力学计算方法,采用二维轴对称非稳态流动数学模型,对袋式除尘器脉冲喷吹过程中滤袋内的清灰气流进行计算。用实验值验证了计算模型的可靠性。分析了喷吹压力、喷吹时间、喷吹距离和滤袋长度对清灰效果的影响。为清灰装置的优化设计提供了依据。
The cleaning flow in filter bag during pulse-jet cleaning process was calculated using the method of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and the two-dimensional, axial symmetrical, unsteady flow mathematical model. The reliability of this calculation model was verified by experimental measurements. And the effect of jetting pressure, jetting time, jetting distance and filter bag length on the cleaning efficiency was analyzed. Our work can provide a basis for the design optimization of the cleaning equipment.
