摘要 心肌疾病是一组临床非常重要但又重视不够的疾病,是指除心脏瓣膜病、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、高血压性心脏病、肺源性心脏病、先天性心血管病和甲状腺功能亢进症等以外的以心肌病变为主要表现的一组疾病。该专题对心肌疾病的分类、心律失常性心肌病、酒精性心肌病等情况作一介绍,供临床医生参考。
