摘要 文章回顾信息用户研究历经的六十年发展历程,对不同阶段信息用户研究的参与人员、研究领域和方法进行剖析,认为读者研究是信息用户研究的起源。基于信息研究现状,文章提出了信息用户研究发展的方向。 The article reviews the sixty years development of user research and analyses the researchers groups, the study field and the methods. Reader research in the library is the origin of the information user＇ s research. Based on the analysis, the author puts forward the direction of information user research.
