文章首先介绍了一些地方高校图书馆面向社会服务的情况,并在了解天津市图书馆资源现状及天津市社会机构的信息需求基础上,提出了地方高校图书馆面向社会服务的三个层次及实施策略。

This paper starts with the current situation of local academic libraries＇ social oriented services. Based on analysis on the resources of Tianjin libraries and information requirements of Tianjin social institutions, the author puts forward three levels and the implement strategies of local academic libraries＇ social oriented services.
