摘要
验证了航空飞行器结构中以滚压MJ螺纹的TC4螺栓替代常规M螺纹的30CrMnSiA螺栓的可行性。试验证明30CrMnSiA螺栓的拉伸性能略高于TC4螺栓,而TC4螺栓的拉伸疲劳性能优于30CrMnSiA螺栓。对破坏试件进行断口分析,确定螺栓断裂属于疲劳破坏。分析了螺栓制造工艺,发现TC4螺栓滚压工艺产生的残余应力和MJ的螺纹形状是影响螺栓疲劳性能的主要因素。
The feasibility of substituting 30CrMnSiA bolt with M thread by TC4 bolt with MJ thread is testified. In experiments, the tensile properties of 30CrMnSiA bolts are superior to TC4 bolts while the fatigue properties of TC4 are better than 30CrMnSiA bolts. The fractographic analysis is done to make certain that the rupture is fatigue destroy. The process of bolt manufacture is considered. The residual press and MJ thread which generate from the rolling process are the main factors which effect the fatigue performance of bolt.
