摘要
光纤HFBR-1414发射器是Avago Technologies公司生产的一款高功率、高稳定性的光发射机。使用光发射机进行通信可以提高通信系统的稳定性和抗电磁干扰能力。提出了一种光纤发射机的驱动电路实现方案。首先简要介绍了光纤HFBR-1414发射器的管脚功能、内部结构和主要特点。然后重点给出了HFBR-1414数字驱动电路的设计原理与过程。样机显示该电路结构简单、工作性能稳定、价格低廉,通信速率可达5 MBd,通信距离可达3 km。适合需要大容量数据传输的中短距离应用。
HFBR-1414 is a high power and high stability fiber-optic transmitter manufactured by Avago Technologies corporation. Stability and anti-electromagnetic interference capability of communication systems can be improved by use the transmitter. A scheme of driving circuit of fiber-optic transmitter is proposed in this paper. It introduces the main features,inner structure and the functions of pins of fiber-optic transmitter HFBR-1414 briefly. Then it puts emphasis upon the design principles and progress of the digital driving circuit of HFBR-1414. The prototype circuit indicates that it is simple in structure, stable in working and low in price, the driving circuit of HFBR-1414 is guaranted to work over a entire range of 0 to 3 kilometers at a data rate of dc to 5 MBd. And it is suitable for medium and short distance applications which are in need of large capacity data transmitting.
