民族地区应对国际金融危机的对策--以延边地区为例

Countermeasures against International Fiancial Crisis in Minority Areas——Taking Yanbian Area as an example

始于2007年的美国金融危机,至2008年迅速蔓延全球。吉林省延边地区的对外开放度、劳务外汇收入这两个直接与金融危机相关的指标无疑会受到一定程度的影响。然而,实证分析结果表明,延边地区经济总量不减反增。因此,延边地区在应对本次金融危机冲击所应采取的对策在某种程度上也有别于其他民族地区。

The financial crisis in 2007 began in America,and then swiftly spread across the globe till 2008.The two indexes,namely degree of opening up and income of overseas services,which relate directly with the financial crisis,could have been affected seriously in Yanbian Area.However,an empirical analysis shows that the total economic output in this area has increased rather than decreased.Therefore,it must be admitted that the countermeasures taken against this financial crisis in Yanbian Area are different from those in other minority areas to some extent.
