摘要
分析了车辆减震用磁流变阻尼器的设计应满足的要求,针对现有磁流变阻尼器存在的问题和车辆工况需求,通过结构设计和优化,提出了一种单向流动式磁流变阻尼器的设计方案,并对原理进行了说明。建立了减震系统模型和磁流变阻尼器模型,并进行了仿真,结果表明新型磁流变阻尼器满足车辆减振用磁流变阻尼器的设计要求。
This article has analyzed the vehicles absorption of shock the request which should satisfy with the MR damper design,in view of existing MR the damper existence question and the vehicles operating mode demand,through the structural design and the optimization,proposed one kind of uniflow type MR damper design proposal,and has carried on showing to the principle.Has established the shock miti gation system model and MR the damper model,and has carried on the simulation,finally indicated new MR damper satisfies the vehicles antivibration to use MR damper the design request.
