介绍利用有限元分析方法,对一款按键进行疲劳寿命验证与计算。在开模具之前用有限元分析方法能确认按键结构设计是否合理,是否能满足设计需求。避免将来的修改模具,从而缩短产品开发周期。
The article introduces finite element analysis simulation and calculation for fatigue life of button design.Designer can confirm that structure design is reasonable and whether it can meet design requirements before tooling.It can shorten design cycle time since it can avoid modifying tool in the future by FEA simulation and calculation done in advance of tooling for button design.
