摘要
介绍了在冲模CAD系统中,作者在设计时改变了非圆凸模和非圆凹模的内腔形状,为使用计算机进行自动设计提供了方便,使在计算机实现此类凸模和凹模的自动生成过程中结合CAM,不仅可减轻设计人员的劳动强度,而且可以大幅度提高模具的设计和加工效率及质量。总体上采用圆弧多边形化的方法,对非圆凸模和凹模形状进行处理,提出了一种根据俯视图自动生成主视图的方法。
This paper describes the Die CAD system,the author changed the design of non-circular punch and die of non-circular shape of the cavity for the use of computer automated design provides a convenient,so that to achieve such a punch in the computer and die with the process of automatic generation of CAM,not only would the designers of the labor intensity,but also can greatly improve the mold design and processing efficiency and quality.Overall use of arc polygon-oriented method,the non-circular shape of the punch and die processing,presents a vertical view automatically generated according to the main view approach.
