摘要 介绍了一种用线性阵列探测器对皮带进行在线检测的装置,并从基本工作原理、系统硬件结构和软件结构等方面进行了详细阐述。该装置可以实现对皮带在线全速检测,能够提供皮带任意位置的X射线透射图像,实现皮带接头的精确定位和多次检测同一位置的图像对比,对钢丝损伤、拉伸、锈斑和修补区域进行精确定位,并可自动报警。 This paper introduces a device applying linear array detector to carry through the belt on-line detection,the fundamental operational principal and the system hardware and software structure of which are described in details.This device can realize the full-speed belt detection and provide the X-ray transmission image on random location of the belt.It can also achieve the accurate positioning of the belt lace and the image comparison of the multiple detections on the certain location.In addition,this device can locate the areas of wire damage,wire stretching,rusty spot and patch,and give an alarm automatically in the meantime.
