摘要
线切割加工超硬金刚石复合片材料,需综合考虑影响线切割加工的人为因素、机床因素和材料因素,线切割加工效率、速度因素的控制与改善,实施多次切割加工。试验表明,采用高电压、大电流切割,脉冲宽度控制在12~25μs,脉冲间隔控制为脉冲宽度的4~5倍,可以提高脉冲放电的频率,增加单位时间内脉冲放电的次数,提高生产率。
CNC wire cutting on Superhard diamond composite materials,need to consider the impact of integrated human factors,machine tool factors and material factors,wire cutting efficiency,speed factors in control and improve the implementation of several cutting.the test showed that high voltage,high current cutting,pulse width control in 12~25μs,pulse interval control the pulse width of 4 to 5 times,can increase the frequency of pulse discharge,pulse discharge per unit time increases the number of times.
