摘要
长期以来,组织中的情绪管理一直为人们所忽视。组织中的消极情绪,不仅降低士气,还会分散人们的注意力,使人思维变窄,限制人们执行日常工作活动的能力,从而可能影响个人绩效和组织绩效。我国在职人士工作中的消极情绪体验得分较高。这使得关于组织中消极情绪问题的研究在我国现阶段的组织管理中具有高度现实性和紧迫性。有鉴于此,本文以组织中的消极情绪为研究对象,对比了管理者与一般员工消极情绪强度上的差异、消极情绪来源的不同,分析了管理者消极情绪、消极情绪来源、行为结果之间的关系。希望研究有助于将来更有针对性的进行组织消极情绪管理。
For a long time,the emotion management in the organization is ignored by the academics.The negative emotions not only reduce the morale in the organization,but also divert the attention and limit the capability to do the routine work.They even would affect the individual performance and organizational performance.Now,there is high level of negative emotions in China's people in employment.It means that it is high actuality and urgency to study the negative emotions in the organization.In the light of this,the paper analyzes the difference in the level of the negative emotions between the manager and the staff,looks into their components of the sources of negative emotions respectively,discusses the function mechanism among the manager's negative emotions, the source of the negative emotion and the manager's outcomes.
