两种可溶性纱布止血效果和安全性比较

Hemostatic Effects and Safety Comparison between Two Kinds of Soluble Gauze

目的观察羟乙基多糖纤维素可溶性纱布的止血效果及安全性,为其临床应用提供参考。方法利用小鼠断尾和兔肝创面止血法,观察其对动物创面的止血效果,通过对皮肤的过敏性试验和急性毒性试验等考察其安全性。结果羟乙基可溶性纱布能明显缩短创面出血时间,无过敏性和急性毒性,皮下吸收良好。结论羟乙基可溶性纱布止血效果良好,安全可靠。

Objective To evaluate hemostatic effects and safety of the soluble gauze which is made of hydroxyethyl cellulose. Methods The hemostatic effects of hydroxyethyl soluble gauze on animal wounds was observed and evaluated by cutting off mouse tail experiment and liver wound surface bleeding time, respectively. The safety of this material was investigated through its hypersensitiveness to skin and acute toxicity test. Results The gauze could shorten wound bleeding time obviously and its influences to hypersensitiveness to skin and acute toxicity to animals were not found in this study. Conclusion The soluble gauze made by hydroxyethyl cellulose is an effective and safe surgery styptic material.
