摘要
金融危机席卷全球,中国及上海的入境旅游急转直下,2010年上海世博会的入境旅游形势不容乐观。回顾了上海世博会入境旅游预测情况,指出入境旅游对于上海世博会的重要性,分析了金融危机对上海世博会入境旅游的影响;然后,运用波士顿矩阵模型分析了金融危机后上海入境旅游市场的变化特点;最后,提出了入境旅游市场分级开发、注重市场信息调研、采取高效营销手段等上海世博会入境旅游市场开发对策。
The financial crisis sweeps the world,and the inbound tourism status turns bad quickly,so the inbound tourism situation of the 2010 Shanghai World Expo is not optimistic. With the reviews of the inbound tourism prediction of the Shanghai World Expo,this paper points out that inbound tourism is very important to the Shanghai World Expo,and analyzes the financial crisis' impaction on Shanghai World Expo; Then uses Boston Matrix Model to analyze the change characteristics of the Shanghai inbound tourism after financial crisis; at last,puts forward three points of the inbound tourism market development strategy,including the classification development of inbound tourism,paying attention to market information,taking the marketing higher efficient methods.
