摘要
在应用国家标准测定水解度的基础上,利用自动电位滴定仪对驱油用丙烯酰胺类聚合物水解度测试方法进行了改进。根据驱油用丙烯酰胺类聚合物的特性,对滴定终点、空白体积、聚合物测试溶液和样品量等影响水解度测试的影响因素进行了系统研究,最终建立了一套更加适合于该类聚合物水解度测试的方法。具体改进如下:①利用DL50自动电位滴定仪进行测定,确定滴定终点的pH值为3.0;②样品用量增加到70~100mg;③进行空白体积测定;④在测试样品溶液中加入3g氯化钠。通过改进,消除了原方法中的人为误差,提高了样品测试的灵敏度和准确度,使新方法更加科学合理,同时还提高了测试速度,对驱油用聚合物的质量控制及驱油配方设计具有重要意义。
Based on international standards,the measuring method on hydrolysis degree of acrylic amide polymer in oil displacement was improved by automatic potentiometric titrimeter.According to the character of acrylic amide polymer in oil displacement,the influencing factors of titrating end point-blank volume,polymer solution and the amount of samples were studied systematical-ly by experiment.Then the optimized measuring method was built up.The improvements were as follows:?the end point of titration was determined at the value of pH 3.0 using DL50 automatic potentiometric titrimeter;?the quantity of samples were from 70 up to 100mg;(3)the blank volume measuring;(4)3% of the mass fraction of NaCl is added in the solution.The new method could avoid the man-made judgment error of the former,and could greatly enhance the accuracy with improve-ment mentioned above.It is more scientific and reasonable,and the test velocity will be raised.It has great significance for the quality control of polymers and the design of formula used in oil displacement.
