摘要
为考察双子烷基苯磺酸钠(DSDBS-2)作为驱油剂的可行性,用静态吸附和动态吸附实验研究了其在固体表面的吸附特性。结果表明,在一定质量分数范围内,DSDBS-2在高岭土上的吸附等温线出现2个吸附平台,饱和吸附量分别约为62和80mg/kg,对应的单体十二烷基苯磺酸钠的吸附等温线只出现1个平台,饱和吸附量为290mg/kg。DSDBS-2因其离子头基间的静电斥力减弱,在固体表面的吸附量大大降低,在石英砂烧结岩心中的最终动态滞留量为24mg/kg,在天然露头砂压制岩心中的最终动态滞留量为35mg/kg。DSDBS-2静态吸附量和动态滞留量远低于常规驱油剂石油磺酸盐的吸附量,有可能作为新型驱油剂用于强化采油。
In order to recognize the feasibility of gemini alkylbene sulfonate (DSDBS-2) as oil displacement agent,its adsorption charac-teristic on solid was investigated through the experiments of static and dynamic adsorption.The result shows that two adsorp-tion platforms appeared on the adsorption isotherm of DSDBS-2 under certain concentration and the saturated adsorption a-mount was 62mg/kg and 80mg/kg on Kaolinite surface respectively.One adsorption platform appeared on the adsorption iso-therm of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfontre (SDBS) and the saturated adsorption amount was 290mg/kg.The weakened static repulse among surfactant head groups linked by the spacer had reduced adsorption amount dramatically than single surfactant correspondingly.The dynamic holdback of DSDBS-2 was 24mg/kg on man-made cores made of quartz-sand and 35mg/kg on natural outcrop sand.The much lower static adsorption and dynamic residual amount of DSDBS-2 than traditional petroleum sulfonate demonstrated that it would be a proper surfactant used in enhancing oil recovery.
