摘要
该文以侧柏的代表性种源为材料,通过扫描电镜和光学显微切片观察了鳞叶的解剖构造.结果表明:侧柏鳞叶旱化程度较高,75%~85%的气孔分布在鳞叶下表面,鳞叶表皮层细胞小而壁厚,排列紧密,上表皮角质层明显增厚.种源间在鳞叶下表面气孔密度、表皮厚度和孔下室深度等方面有显著差异。
With the 1 year old seedlings of representative provenances of Platycaldus orientalis (L.)Franco,the anatomical structure and the relation to drought resistance were studied.The results indicated that: P.orientalis generally is characterized by distinct structural features of xeromorphism.The numbers of stomata on lower epidermis accounted for 75%~85% of the total.The variation of stomata numbers,epidermis thickness and stomata chamber were investigated among the tested provenances;the provenances from Miyun of Beijing and Fugu of Shaanxi Province were more xerophilous.
