摘要
文章介绍了美军最新的联合指挥控制系统(JC2)的发展现状,分析了JC2在信息基础设施、开放式体系结构、智能化等方面的特点,及其在"先敌发现"、"先敌认知"、"先敌行动"和"安全可靠保障"四个方面的能力目标。由此,提出了对我国海军舰载指控系统的发展启示:即实现"网络化"、"知识化"、"智能化"、"多能化"四个转化,在"信息基础设施服务支持"、"以知识为中心的战场感知"等方面开展关键技术攻关,形成智能化的海军舰载指控系统装备系列。
In this paper,the development actuality of the newest Joint Command Control system（JC2） in American army has been introduced.The characteristic of JC2 is andlyzed in information basic equipment,open system structure and intelligence.The ability target is also analyzed in ＂See First＂,＂Understand First＂,＂Act First＂ and ＂Reliability＂.Then the development apocalypse of command control system in China navy ship is put forward.That is,we should realize the four transforms in ＂network＂,＂knowledge＂,＂intelligence＂ and ＂battlefield apperceive in knowledge＂ must be got over.Then we can form the intelligent equipment series in command control system in navy ship.
