摘要
压力容器筒体上开孔的补强问题是压力容器设计的一个关键问题。等面积补强,ASME2004附录1-7(b)和有限元分析是解决该问题的常用方法。文章通过分析比较,最终得到的ASME2004附录1-7(b)的计算结果与有限元法接近,有限元法略微保守,但通过极限分析,两种方法都是可靠的。
Reinforcement of the opening on cylinder is a key issue in designing pressure vessel.Area equalization method,ASME2004 appendix1-7(b) and finite element analysis are commonly used to solve this problem.After analyzing and comparing,this paper arrives at a conclusion that the results of ASME2004 appendix1-7(b) and finite element analysis are close,with the latter being slightly conservative.However,after limit analysis,both methods have proved to be reliable.
