This paper analyzes the main reason for the breakdown of piston compressor set PK301.Some operation and maintenance problems emerged during the treatment process.Corresponding treatment advices and solutions have been put forward according to the actual situations.Meanwhile,some preventive measures and technological improvements have been taken.
