摘要
对一失效液化石油气管弯头进行了裂纹宏观分析、化学成分分析、金相分析、断口形貌观察及能谱分析,结果表明弯头材质存在一定程度的敏化,在含有少量硫化氢和水汽的工作介质中,发生晶间腐蚀,诱发裂纹,继而在综合应力作用下发生了应力腐蚀开裂。
The failure of an LPG pipe elbow in liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) has been studied by macro inspection,chemical composition and metallographic analysis,observation of fracture morphology and spectroscopy.The results showed that the elbow material had a certain degree of sensitization.Affected by an integrated stress,the elbow developed intergranular corrosion which gave rise to cracks and then finally developed stress corrosion cracking (SCC) in medium containing a small amount of sulfureted hydrogen and vapor.
