基于灰色系统理论的中心城与卫星城之间客运模式决策

摘要 加强中心城与卫星城之间的客运交通联系,对于带动卫星城市经济发展、缓解中心城市的土地与交通压力具有重要的作用。中心城与卫星城之间有多种客运模式可供选择。选择合理的客运模式要考虑安全、经济、高效、便捷、准时、舒适、可持续等多个因素。该文从建立客运模式决策指标体系着手,用层次分析法确定决策指标的权重,然后采用灰色系统决策理论建立了客运模式的决策模型。最后用示例对模型进行了验证,验证结果表明该决策方法可行。 It is important to strengthen the passenger transportation connection between the central city and the satellite city,which can bring along the economic development the satellite city and alleviate the land and traffic pressures of the central city.There are many kinds of passenger transportation modes able to choose between the central city and the satellite city.Many factors of security,economy,high-efficiency,convenience,on-time,comfort,sustainable and so on are considered in the course of choosing the rational passenger transportation mode.The article uses the layer analysis method to define the weighing of the decision-making indices from setting up the decision-making index system of passenger transportation mode,and then uses the grey system decision-making theory to set up the decision-making model of passenger transportation mode,and finally gives a demonstration to validate the model.The validating result makes clear that this decision-making method is feasible.
