该文分析福建省城市内涝状况及成因,讨论城市排涝标准的拟定,研究城市排涝对策,并对主要的工程措施与非工程措施进行比较分析,提出对城市排涝的建议与意见。
The article analyzes the waterlog situation and cause within the cities of Fujian Province,discusses the proposed urban drainage standards,studies the urban drainage countermeasures,compares and analyzes the main engineering measures and the non-engineering measures,and puts forward the suggestions and ideas of urban drainage.
