基于顾客让渡价值的酒店服务产品创新研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文在借鉴顾客让渡价值理论的基础上,研究了酒店应从酒店服务、人员与品牌文化创新入手提高酒店顾客总价值。同时,从优化服务流程、提高服务效率来减少顾客总支出成本。
