扶济复促进急性创面愈合的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察不同剂量扶济复(外用重组人bFGF)对SD大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合的促进作用。方法:32只SD大鼠随机分为4组:空白对照组(A)、基质治疗组(B)、扶济复低剂量治疗组(C)、扶济复高剂量治疗组(D)。大鼠背部各制备2个深Ⅱ度烫伤创面,于伤后每日创面分别涂抹基质和扶济复。伤后3、6、9、15 d分别测量痂皮形成及脱落创面数、新生上皮率、创面愈合率,伤后15 d行组织学检查。结果:与对照组相比,扶济复在烫伤后6~9 d前后融痂脱痂效果非常明显(P〈0.05);治疗后9 d,新生上皮较对照组显著增多(P〈0.05);治疗后15 d,毛囊再生较对照组显著增高(P〈0.05)。结论:扶济复可以促进痂皮形成和脱落、加快上皮生长、促进毛囊再生,增加烧伤创面修复速度并改善修复质量。 Objective:To study the effect of Fujifu(recombinant human Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor For Topical Application) on acute wound healing.Method:Thirty-two SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 8 animals in each group as follows: blank control group(A),base group(B),Jinfelin 100mg/cm2 treatment group(C),Jinfelin 250mg/cm2 treatment group(D).Deep Ⅱ degree burn injuries were produced on both back sides of the rats.At day 3,6,9 and 15 after wounding,the area and the volume of injuries were measured and the histological examination was performed to evaluate the velocity and quality of wounds healing in different groups at day 15.Result:At 6 d and 9 d after therapy,the crust formation and decrustation were increased significantly compared with those in the control group(P0.05);On the 9 d after therapy,regenerated epithelium were increased obviously(P0.05);On the 15 d after therapy,the regenerated hair follicle was also increased compared to the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Fujifu accelerate velocity and promote quality on wound healing.
