军队离退休干部保健对象医疗需求的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on health service demand of military retired officials

目的:了解某干休所军队离退休干部保健对象的医疗需求情况。方法:采用自行设计的医疗需求问卷对某干休所离退休干部200人进行了无记名调查,并对调查情况进行分析研究。结果:离退休干部的自我实现已成为第一需求,尊重需求占有非常重要的位置,辅助服务越来越受到重视,患者需求呈现多样化特征。在注重医疗技术和后续治疗的同时,也注重出院后的跟踪随访等人文关怀服务。结论:军队离退休干部的医疗需求状况值得关注,应加强对离退休干部的医疗保健工作。

Objectives：To get the information about health demands of retired officials in army. Methods：Self designed questionnaire on health demands of retired official in army were developed to 200 selected retired officials in army. Data were analyzed. Results：As a result,the self-fulfillment was the first demand and the demand of being respected was very important. The importance of accessorial service was increased. The demand of patients was diversification. Retired officials pay attention to the medical technology and continue treated as well as treatment outside the hospital and follow up service. Conclusion：It is important to pay attention to the health demand of retired officials in army and the health care for those retired people should be strengthened.
